Couples Yoga For Pregnancy
A class designed to help couples make the transition from pregnancy to parenthood. Communicate with your
partner about the expectations and beliefs of being a parent. Partner stretches and massage techniques
for relaxation are included.

Mom and Baby Yoga Class
Babies from birth to 6 months old or crawling
Join other new mothers and babies in movements and postures that help restore muscles used in childbirth
and promote relaxation and connection. Share with other mothers the concerns and delights of motherhood.
